Description
Our afang soup is prepared with steamed water leaves and wild spinach leaves (okazi) cooked in a soup made of palm oil, varieties of pepper, vegetables, smoked catfish fillet, smoked cow skin (kpomo) different meat options, mixed herbs, and spice. This is best served with different swallow options.
