Description
Our ayamase sauce is which is also known as ofada sauce is a blended mixture of variety of peppers fried in bleached palm oil. It also contains small chunks of beef and tripe with an option for boiled eggs. This sauce can be served with ofada rice or any of our rice dish option and fried plantain side.
