Description
Our hake fish stew is cooked by frying the hake fish until it becomes dry before it is added to to a stew sauce made with a variety of peppers,tomatoes, vegetables, mixed herbs, and spices. This is best served with boiled/steamed rice or any of our rice dishes and fried plantain side.
